Guardian is very conscious of the need for thorough and accurate documentation of all on-site activities. Guardian management requires all Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports to be turned in prior to any payroll checks being issued to the individuals responsible for those reports. Guardian management then reviews each and every report for content and accuracy, then forwards those reports to the client. Any report requiring immediate attention is faxed right away to the client.
Guardian management is aware of the client's need to be sure the security officers assigned to them are on site, on time, presentable, prepared and trained to meet their requirements. Guardian management and supervisory personnel consistently monitor each site, often making unannounced post checks to assure ourselves and our clients of our officers' performance. This procedure serves as a very effective quality assurance measure.
Guardian management will call you at least once every thirty days to review our performance and to discuss any changes in your requirements. Of course, our management team is always available to meet with you at anytime, as needed.
