- Screen, hire and train only qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal regulations and ensure adherence to CALSAGA standards and guidelines.
- Conduct my business in a professional manner, enhancing public trust and confidence in my chosen profession.
- Establish and maintain Policies and Procedures that will enhance the public image of the private security industry, and set a positive example for others to follow.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with law enforcement officials.
- Not compromise quality of service in pursuit of quantity or for the sake of profit.
- Not place security officers/guards on post or assignment until they are appropriately trained, licensed and equipped.
- Ensure that all uniformed security officers/guards will be attired in approved uniforms, with state authorized badges and uniform patches. Grooming and appearance shall be maintained to inspire public trust and confidence.
- Conduct all training in strict accordance to state and industry standards.
- Maintain all required insurance coverage to safeguard my clients and employees.
